The T. L. Cannon group of companies owns and operates 62 Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar restaurants in Upstate New York and Connecticut and an Urban Flats Flatbread & Wine Co. in Northeastern Florida. In 1999, T.L. Cannon was named the Applebee's Franchisee of the Year and in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, was awarded the National Restaurant Association Good Neighbor Award for our community-based programs. The company was also recognized nationally in 2007 as "Applebee's Neighbor of the Year", once again based on our support and involvement in the neighborhoods in which we operate.
